WELCOME

To the first Nick Harris on-line portfolio, away from the various forums he likes to frequent.

Most of his time is spent in producing artwork for children’s books - a process which he has done digitally since around 2002.    The bulk of his output involves figure work drawn straight from his imagination without reference.

1st TUTORIAL to download here

Finally - I’ve cobbled together a first tutorial of sorts.  It covers some basic operations in ArtRage, using a recent image.  It’s in pdf format at a lo-res, coming in at about 9.8mb.  Click it to open and save it to your hard drive - or right click and use ‘save link as’ to download it and open later.  Given time I’ll adapt it as online pages too.  Apologies to those of you with slower Internet connections.

Still doodling uglies in ArtRage for that personal project in snatched moments .
